Rental conditions

THE ACCOMMODATION NUMBER INDICATED ON YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONTRACTUAL AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (preferably to be booked before your arrival)

  • Double bed linen rental: €10.00

  • Single bed linen rental: €7.00

  • Towel rental: €4.00 per person

  • TV rental: €15 per week

  • Baby kit (crib, bathtub, high chair, safety gate...): Free

  • Pet fee (dog or cat): €25 per week

  • End-of-stay cleaning package: €55 – Mid-stay cleaning by the hour

  • Cancellation insurance (see paragraph below)

  • Morning arrival: €15 (excluding July and August)

  • Late departure: €15 (excluding July and August)

  • Loan of table, parasol, crepe maker, raclette set... subject to availability

PRICES

Prices are all-inclusive except for the TOURIST TAX, which is collected on behalf of the local community. It amounts to €0.90 per day and per adult and must be paid with the balance of your stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Your accommodation will be available from 5:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM (Flexible hours on weekends and outside the summer season). Please inform us if you expect to arrive after 7:00 PM.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of €150.00 will be required upon arrival. It will be released after inspection by our team, no later than 5 days after your departure, minus any amounts due or damages caused.

PETS

Dogs and cats (maximum two per accommodation) are allowed for an additional fee of €25 per pet per week. You must declare them in advance and present their health record upon request. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

Your deposit will not be refunded unless you have subscribed to CANCELLATION INSURANCE under the conditions outlined in the contract (see below).
The full balance of your stay must be paid if you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, unless you have subscribed to Cancellation Insurance.
In all cases, you must notify us in writing and provide supporting documents.
A late arrival or early departure will not entitle you to any refund unless you have subscribed to Cancellation Insurance.

CANCELLATION OR INTERRUPTION INSURANCE

Highly recommended for stays of two weeks or more.
Cost: 4% of the total stay amount.

This insurance allows you to recover your entire deposit (30%) and the full balance if already paid (otherwise, the amount will be reimbursed to the property owner).
In case of interruption of stay, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days.

Covered cancellation reasons include:

  • Serious illness

  • Accident

  • Death

  • Major damage to your home

  • Economic redundancy

  • Job transfer

  • Pregnancy up to the 28th week

This insurance also includes Vacation Rental Liability Coverage.

INSURANCE

The property owner holds a Professional Civil Liability Insurance policy.
We decline all responsibility in case of theft or damage in your accommodation or vehicle.
We recommend contacting your insurer for an extension of vacation rental coverage, unless you have subscribed to Cancellation Insurance, in which case Vacation Rental Liability Coverage is included.
